The company is made up of four support staff and a chairman, who is the sole asset raiser for the business. The company raises funds for a number of selected single strategy hedge funds.

The role encompasses several varied duties to include: - Producing weekly NAV performance sheets - Updating fund track records - Ensuring all fund reports are kept up to date - Preparing a commission report analysis and ensuring that all commissions are paid from clients correctly and on time - Making sure the system correctly reflects all subscriptions and redemptions in all of the funds - Generating anti money laundering checks on clients - Maintaining NAV tracker database including calculating figures - General administrative duties to include taking minutes, letter writing and organising travel.
You must be degree educated with good mathematical and excel skills, you will come from a hedge fund / asset management background and understand investment administration duties, you should also be prepared to support the owner and perform administrative duties as requested.
You should be prepared to work long hours and work in a pressurised environment, but you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and the opportunity further down the line to get involved in marketing.
