Our client is looking for a successful Business Development Manager in their Business Banking arm where you are responsible for a pure customer facing role dealing with SME clients. You are responsible for developing a non-broker referral network, utilising your current market relationships and knowledge as well as developing the wider brand through networking events and marketing.
You will have a strong understanding of banking requirements, including compliance and regulatory issues that surround the industry, be risk and business insurance focussed and have the ability to gain credibility and engagement from clients.
To be successful in this role you will be in a Business Development focussed role with connections to the Melbourne market, have strong domestic banking knowledge, and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
