ANZ's commercial banking division has an aspiration is to become the leading Corporate and Commercial Bank in Australia by 2015. In line with this strategy, we are growing our Business Banking team to reach our goal of the acquisition of new-to-bank customers, attract larger customers and enhance their share of wallet with ANZ. We are in need of a business banker to manage a portfolio of customers in the Caloundra area.
As a Business Banking Manager you will generate new business within the SME market from your existing client portfolio (circa 150 customers), whilst attracting new customers through developing a strong referral network and executing cross sell strategies. Through superior relationship management, and a thorough understanding of your clients businesses, you will grow your portfolio including growing revenue, deposits and share of wallet.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Small Business lending skills and credit analysis
- Good sales exposure in a client facing role.
- Business banking and Relationship Management exposure
- Thorough knowledge of ANZ procedures, products and services
- Sound knowledge of Small to Medium Enterprise loan and deposit products
- Understanding of Small Business markets
