Our Business Banking division is a key business unit achieving sustained business growth across Australia as a whole. This is partly due to our ability to attract, retain and develop professional, motivated individuals, and a dynamic strategy to increase market share.

We are currently looking for Business Banking Manager base in Liverpool branch. This position is responsible for the growth and profitability of theportfolio and deals with the customer management and growth of small to medium business customers who have business funds under management over $250K. The focus of this position is to identify and satisfy customer needs by exceeding expectation, rapidly growing the business through new customer acquisition and increase share of wallet of existing customers.

To be qualified, you must acquire tertiary qualification ideally in a business discipline; you will have a sound knowledge of management accounting principles.You must be able to demonstrate customer management and relationship management skills, and have an understanding of small business and investment markets. Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills are essential along with goodnegotiation skills and ability in influence positively. Above all you will be driven to exceed customer expectations and grow your portfolio.
