Our Regional Managers will represent Santander Business Banking in the Regional Business Community by working with leading regional business influencers and 'raising the Banks profile'. With your sound management skills you will lead, manage and coach a team of Local Business Managers dedicated to the achievement of agreed volume and value targets and the growth and retention of customers through accomplished portfolio management to ensure that the regional plan is delivered.
