Business & Change Manager
This position focuses on driving change management within Investment Operations and assessing the impact of company strategy on operational activity. Key responsibilities include:
- Convert company strategy plans into an investment operations strategy and implement across the department
- Identity opportunities to develop existing processes
- Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
Our client is looking for a candidate with significant experience in the asset management industry, particularly operations and derivative functions. Proven experience of driving through large-scale change management initiatives is essential. Excellent communication skills and experience of people management are key attributes for this role.
