BUSINESS CHANGE MANAGER - ENERGY TRADING RISK MANAGEMENT - OPENLINK - PROCESS ANALYSIS - BUSINESS INTEGRATION / CHANGE
A global commodities trading company HQ'd in London is looking to hire a Business Change Manager to work on the integration of OpenLink across the Gas contract portfolio.
This position will work within the business transformation team on a 3 year programme. The Business Change Manager will work with front, middle and back office business users and operational teams to understand the 'to-be' business processes, and develop business change and impact assessments with the end users. This is a full life-cycle role with large responsibility working with senior business stakeholders to create an optimised solution for a global commodity trading company. This is a business-facing role and not technical.
Candidates must have the following:
- Change life cycle / journey (workshops / engaging with the business / stakeholder management / strong communication)
- Extensive GAP analysis
- Project management skills
- Experience of delivering change
- Energy Trading experience
