Business Change Manager - Private Banking/Wealth Management (Asset Management, Capital Markets) - Change (Front Office, Product, Control, Infrastructure) perm - London. Private Banking entity seeking an experienced BC Manager who will be assigned to individual projects and programmes within Private Banking EMEA. The role holder will lead effort to implement changes to teh business model to support the private bank growth plans as well as changes to adapt to new local and cross-border regulations. Role will require conducting detailed analysis of business, control, front to back operating issues; defining corresponding solutions; and workign with Front Office, Products, Control Functions, Technology and Operations teams to implement solutions. Other responsibilities will include: helping with implementation planning (communications, training and imbedding change), understand and define key implications on the business model (eg regulatory changes), develop robus and measurable business cases to capture quantitative ROI using standard financial methods, define strategies, Business Requirements Documentation (BRD's), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD's), test scripts/execution, manage project Steering Committees, prepare and present to senior management Steering Committee, day to day management of projects (milestone setting, task adn actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within timescales), manage mutiple projects simultaneously, project risks and issues. Requires business line experience of leading across the project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing and implementation, project management experience in deliverying mid to large scale implementations, collecting, defining and documenting business and technology requirements.
