Business Change Manager recruitment

Responsibilities;

- Manage the transformation governance change projects for all the Private Bank,

- Work with stakeholders / operations managers to draw up strategies to implement enhance the change project.

- Improve organisational effectiveness

- Reduce cost.

- Redevelop the firm to enhance client service.

- Chair Goverence committee, where cost analysis, project status change ideas will be discussed.

Requirements;

- Strong Private Banking or Wealth Management experience.

- Excellent experience in Change management, Project Management programme governance experience.

- Strong analytical, communication skills.

- Excellent computer literacy skills (powerpoint, word excel)

- Confident demeanour
