Business Change Project Manager recruitment

Fantastic opportuntiy to join one of the leading wealth managers in Geneva. Experienced Business Change Project Manager is required.

Main accountabilities

• Planning and execution of releasing systems and software into internal and external facing investment systems and environments
• Coordinate release activities with internal groups and external vendors and partners
• Manage internal and external communication activities associated with project and release efforts
• Create and manage project plans that address project approaches, deliverables, change management, resource and budget requirements, and implementation schedule
• Manage time sensitive project and release efforts
• Lead a variety of meetings to accomplish project and release efforts
• Track and report status to all levels of the organization (team members, sponsors and management)

Requirements

• Proven track record in Project Management from inception to delivery

• Excellent experience with business change and business related activities
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to lead, manage, influence and drive towards decisions
• Detailed experience in working with business partners, technology teams, and customers in defining requirements and managing deliveries
• Understanding of systems infrastructure, application development and associated technologies of a high-availability online environment
• Ability to understand and resolve conflicts
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to deliver results under pressure with a high energy, can-do, results-oriented personality
• Experience with risk management
• English required, French and/or other languages strongly advantageous
