We are a mid-sized law firm located in suburban Cleveland, Ohio and are seeking a business/commercial attorney will seven to ten years of experience in the following areas:
- Drafting and negotiating business transactions including:
- Supply and distribution agreements
- Credit and security agreements
- Equipment and commercial real estate lease agreements
- Purchase and sale of commercial real estate
- Corporate entity selection and setup
- General corporate maintenance documents
- General business counseling
