Business Consultant (Front Office)

Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Australian financial/ capital markets and a strong understanding of instruments traded.
- Possess sound understanding of trading daily operations and workflows.
- Hands on experience in derivative valuations including knowledge of the Positions, Greeks, PL, MTM
- Familiarity with market data and construction of forward curves and volatility surfaces.
- Possess sound understanding of the nature of risks faced in the financial markets and have some knowledge of risk management methodology and reporting;
- Possess high level of numeracy, including skills in using analysis tools such as Excel
- Possess innovative and creative approach to problem solving
- Preparedness to share skills, information and knowledge with other team personnel.
- Highly adaptive to changes, flexibility and Australian Interstate travel essential to this role
