Business Consultant Job in Surrey, Home Counties Uk
Working for a market leader within their Financial Service field, this position will report into eBusiness Development that is responsible for Development, Training, Support and Communication for new and existing forward-facing systems that result in:-
- Increased Business Volumes
- Increased awareness of all Solutions
- Increased usage of all eBusiness processes
- Decrease in Manual business processes
- Improved quality of Service
- Decrease contact Centre call volumes
Your primary responsibilities will include:-
- Increasing Producer and client awareness of all eBusiness solutions through the creation, implementation and maintenance of training plans and assisting in the marketing of new and existing products.
- Identify areas where producer usage of eBusiness solutions can be increased through analysis of statistics and working with Sales Teams to maximise penetration
- Identify and recommend enhancements to existing eBusiness solutions
- Devise, Develop and implement new functionality rich eBusiness products
- Identify ways to minimise eBusiness rejection rates
- Provide Technical support to users of eBusiness products
Experience / skills:-
- Ideally Software House platform experience - surrounding technical solutions
- Experience of the Insurance Market and Insurance Brokers is highly desirable
- A consultative mind set
- Excellent Training / Presentation / Communication and Organisational skills
