Business Consultant recruitment

This is an opportunity to manage and implement change within a rapidly growing area of a global bank with large levels of exposure to senior management working on internal client projects that will add value to the enlarged group. As a business consultant working within a small and talented team your role will be to;

• Undertake project engagements, meeting and exceeding clients expectations

• Supporting the development of internal processes and proposition

• Taking a role in the growth of the team and supporting the development of others

Having made a number of high profile acquisitions during recent years there will be a wide range of responsibilities including business process reengineering, integration, transformation project work and corporate strategy. You will be acting as a liaison with business and client teams in concurrent collaboration with corporate and functional areas outside the UK to achieve project objectives. Additional responsibility will include organisational and structural definition aligned to corporate and local operating principles and models and business case development and analysis; cost/benefit analysis to support business rationale.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to speak and write convincingly at various levels within the organisation, strong analytical skills, experience of solving complex business problems and translating these into clear action plans and experience in a consulting or financial services (ideally retail or wholesale banking) role.
