Business Continuity Manager, Banking recruitment
The incumbent will be involved in developing, implementing and maintaining the Bank's Business Continuity Management strategies and Internal Control Framework. He/she will plans and facilitates scenario events and recommend suitable disaster recovery strategies at the business unit level. Conduct trainings and create awareness to all the business units on the business continuity matters. He/she will manages and implements Risk and Control program, identifies gaps and violation on controls, as well as plans on appropriate control and necessary actions to mitigate and address the issues.
Suitable candidates will fit the below criteria:
- Degree holder with minimum 8 years of banking experience
- Strong experience in Project Management is preferred
- Business and systems analysis skills to understand and manage both client and internal expectations.
- Relevant certifications in Business Continuity Management preferred
- Working knowledge in Risk Control and banking processes
