Job Description
Business Continuity Plan
- Regularly update and review the existing BCP plans for the Singapore and overseas offices
- When required, to provide direction and guidance to ensure the smooth execution of the BCP plans
- Collate and provide timely updates / reports to senior management
Operational Risk
- Maintain the firm’s internal travel system as to monitor the safety and security of staff who are on business travel
- Co-ordinate the necessary security and safety training for staff when required for business travel
Contingency Operations
- In the event of high-end contingencies, to stand up and support the running of a 24-hour ops room
- Provide logistical, admin and operational support to manage contingencies
Safety and Security
- Work with Head Admin and the Facilities manager on physical security matters
- Perform the role of Chief Fire Warden, assisting Head Admin in co-ordinating the training of fire safety wardens and emergency evacuation plans
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in a relevant field / risk of about 5 -7 years
- Able to think on their feet, independent and takes initiative
- Responsible and driven
