Business Controller recruitment
Our client is one of the top 20 leading pharmaceutical companies in the world. Headquartered in German, it has been committed to developing and manufacturing and marketing various medicines. The company set up its China branch office in 1994 and has also established plant and RD centre in Shanghai and Taizhou.
Due to the growth in China, Senior Business Controller was created reporting to a Germany Controlling Manager. This role will replace the Manager in 2 to 3 years.
The main focus for the Senior Business Controller is to maintain and strengthen mutual understanding on financial topics between Finance and Business, also to ensure accurate, timely, concise and readily understandable reporting of business to the management team.
It is also necessary for the business controller to proactive support ideas, provides proposals and participates in initiatives to increase productivity of function processes and cost.
To be considered for the role, candidates should have a proven track record of 10 years of pharmaceutical business controlling experience in China. Ideally familiar with the commercial analysis in marketing and Sales Candidates must also have strong connection to communication skills and fluent in English.
