Business Controls Manager
I am currently working with a fast growing UK professional service business assisting them in appointing a Business controls manager. My client is passionate about their clients, what they do and how they do it enabling them to be successful and grow year on year.
The role is responsible for defining and improving the current financial, operational and accounting processes to drive better working practices whilst minimising risk but at the same time time having hands on involvement with the annual budgeting and complete financial reporting to management, corporate Finance and treasury.
You will need to be a fully qualified accountant educated to degree level. Experience in Business control, process mapping, designing controls and Audit knowledge are essential. An ability to communicate to a wide range of non-finance and finance employees is also an essential attribute for this role.
