Business / Credit Underwriter
Key responsibilities include:
- Review, analyse, structure, model and underwrite Electric Power Generation projects.
- Manage construction financing processes
- Conduct industry segment research and monitor developments and trends
- Manage loan covenant compliance processes
- Provide support during negotiation of documentation
Key skills required:
- University degree in business, finance or economics
- Experience of international credit underwriting with emphasis in project financing (Electric Power Generation or Energy market experience preferred)
- Proven ability to conduct complex financial statement analysis
- Proven ability to perform advanced financial modelling and cash flow analysis
