Business Design Lead, Trade & Debt Change recruitment

What will the role involve?

The Trade Debt change portfolio has an immediate need to recruit a Business Design Lead to drive forward the growth aspirations of the Trade Working Capital business. Trade Working Capital is seen as offering real growth potential for the Corporate Bank and together with Debt will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to be a critical part of delivering to those growth plans. The role will be accountable for the development and delivery of Target Operating Model designs for key strategic projects and programmes, working closely with the Business Architecture Lead and the Trade Debt change community. You will undertake detailed and complex analysis, investigation, research and evaluation of the business needs to enable development of Target Operating Model design, working closely with SMEs. You will successfully manage and deliver the design phases of significant projects and strategic programmes across the portfolio, to time, cost and quality. You will work with Programme Managers and stakeholders to develop the Target Operating Model and delivery roadmaps. This will include engagement with senior stakeholders across the Corporate Bank, Support Functions and Technology.

What will you need?

You will be skilled in Trade Debt products and experience of working in a Corporate Banking space. You will have a track record of delivering high quality analysis and detailed design documentation. You will demonstrable track record of successful delivery of one or more business change projects. You will be educated to degree level to be able to meet the intellectual demands of the job, or can demonstrate equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in business design / architecture, working in a change function within a large organisation or consulting environment. You will have programme Management experience in a complex Financial Services environment with knowledge of other Corporate Banking products and experience of working internationally
