Brunel is seeking a Business Developer to join their Montreal office team. Brunel is an international functional service provider with staffing, recruitment and payrolling capabilities. Brunel focuses on providing qualified professionals globally with over 100 offices in 32 countries. Brunel Mining is a division of Brunel International and has been one of the world's premiere mining and metallurgy staffing and recruitment firms since 2002.
The Business Developer will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Drive new sales through focused activity such as cold-calling, email marketing and consistent follow-up;
- Sell contracting recruitment services to mining companies mainly in Canada, but also worldwide;
- Develop new effective sales initiatives to enhance current strategies;
- Meet and exceed sales targets;
- Participate in client visits and presentations;
- Attend networking events and represent Brunel at trade shows;
- Negotiate costs with clients within guidelines set by management.
Requirements:
- Experience selling contracting in a technical field;
- In-depth knowledge of contracting and pay rolling rates;
- Excellent verbal written communication skills in French and English;
- An understanding of social media, online marketing, SEO email marketing;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to effectively work with others in a team environment;
- Willing to travel occasionally;
