Business Developer Manager – SW Projects
This is a senior level position which will focus on developing SW projects for the main markets in Italy - OilGas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, CPG and IT.
This position will be responsible for selling company Software solutions for advanced applications in connection with direct sales to End users.
Main responsibilities include:
- Operating with existing and new accounts defined in support with the territory as a Client Sales Executive with primary responsibility for driving profitable growth and revenue by selling SW solutions
- Operating with direct sales accounts as business developer across our Invensys Operations Managment Sales team to uncover potential SW project business within existing customers
- Supporting vendors with Sales Executive final approach
- Working closely with Proposal and Product specialist teams
- Coordinating whole portfolio for development of business for SW Projects
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of working experience with process of selling complex SW solutions in Manufacturing or Industrial areas OilGas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, CPG and IT
- Good knowledge of process industries and manufacturing processes required
- Strong contract negotiations and communication skills
- Experience in process optimization as advantage
- Market strategic vision and Account management experience within major SW solution provider, preferably on a global basis
- Willingness to Travel
- English language - fluently writing and speaking
