To continue the development of our specialized teams we are looking for a passionate Business Developer to be part of the development of our Zaventem Office.
Job Description
As Business Developer, you will :
- Define your own strategy of development in line with the global strategy
- Acquire and develop you own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and commercial actions
- Maintain constant contacts with your pool of candidates
- Select and present to the clients the most suitable candidates
- Advise both clients and candidates during the assignment
- Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business development objectives
Job Requirements
You have:
- a previous strong sales or recruitment experience
- a degree (Master or Bachelor) in a business orientated field
- fluency in Dutch, French and English

Salary and Benefits
6 months of intensive training, company car, fuel card, allowances, mobile phone, meal vouchers, expenses, incentive, bonus plan.
