Job Description
As Business Developer in our team, you will :
- Acquire and develop your own portfolio of clients and candidates through networking and sales and marketing actions.
- Meet and evaluate the candidates.
- Select and present to the clients the most suitable profiles.
- Advise both clients and candidates during the assignment.
- Become a reference in your market while having ambitious business development objectives
Job Requirements
- You have several years experience (from 1 to 5 years experience) ideally in the recruitment field or any relevant experience,
- You want to value these skills in the development of one of our specialty.
- You like challenges, you want to participate to the dynamic growth of our department.
- You are autonomous, charismatic and pragmatic.
- You are also bilingual (Dutch and French) and fluent in English.
Salary and Benefits
6 months of intensive training, company car, fuel card, allowances, mobile phone, meal vouchers, expenses, incentive, bonus plan.
