Job Specification
As an ambitious, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual you will be excited by the challenge of helping us to grow within a supportive and ‘all for one’ environment. You will be responsible for the whole sales cycle from the initial call, through to meeting with potential clients, closing business, account management, building long term relationships, helping to select and recruit consultants to work on customer engagements and have full responsibility for delivering true value to your customers’ projects. As a professional services firm, GreySpark specialises in selling fixed-price projects, managed services, and time-and-materials consulting engagements to Capital Markets clients. The firm currently provides the following types of services to clients:
- Business Analysis, Project and Programme Management
- Technology Design, Architecture, and Infrastructure Services
- Software Development
- Capital Markets Operations Consulting and Change Management
- Risk, Regulatory and Advisory Services
The firm has a growing pool of permanent consulting staff spanning the above disciplines. As a BDM at GreySpark you will help to scope and shape our client engagements and define the commercial terms under which the firm provides its services.
Skills/Experience requires:
- Sales experience: A minimum of 3 years in a face-to-face selling role, preferably in a service-led organisation.
- A track record of selling consultancy, time or expertise would be a significant advantage.
- A naturally confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Self starter with a track record of exceeding targets
- The ability to build relationships with senior level executives
- Entrepreneurial
- Professional
- University degree educated
- Knowledge of the finance sector would be a distinct advantage
- Preferably London based or relocation from within the UK
