Job Description: Job Description -Resp. for developing/implementing a strategic plan with an emphasis on prospecting -Plan must include target markets, target accounts sales revenue goals and objectives -Maintain an active role in industry-related organizations to network with prospective clients -Resp. for the continued growth of revenues, new customer base and diversity of services -Use leverage relationship selling where consultative/professional sales skills influence decision makers -Administer/maintain activity reports using the company Contact/Sales Mgmt. Tool and provide reporting such as Daily Sales Activity, Monthly Quote Log and other reports Qualifications Required: 5+ yrs. exp. in outside sales of services to commercial/indus. organizations; a demonstrated track record of selling environment. services. knowledge of industry./manufacturing./commercial markets.; excellent written/verbal skills and computer proficiency; Preferred: exp. in environmental. contracting and/or construction field Compensation/Benefits Negotiable, depending upon experience We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
