JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent in this position will be the functional owner of the Company’s national request for proposal program and associated activities. In addition to the RFP responsibilities, the incumbent will fulfill the role of acting as the liaison between Brink’s and customer due diligence requirements for annual questionnaires. The position will also provide training/training materials to Brink’s branches for proximity and map market center programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the national request for proposal program including:
• Analyze customer request for proposals and facilitate strategic discussions with senior management
• Develop and implement pricing and proposal strategies including recommendations from a cost perspective.
• Classify strategic opportunities and coordinate Value Review Board process, strategy meetings, and proposal timeline.
• Prepare entire proposal response to include answers, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, produce final proposal to meet customer guidelines
• Quality control – ensure all customer responses adhere to Company brand policies
• Create, update and publish Company boilerplate while maintaining archives as a resources to the sales team
• Drive Projects to hard deadlines working with multiple Departments and Subject Matter Experts Business development including:
• Solutions research development
• Customer interaction
Position Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years in rapid paced office environment
• Minimum 3 years experience in all MS Office products, with a high proficiency in Excel
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite applications
• Proficient in learning customized online applications
