Business Development Analyst Job in Fayetteville 30214, Georgia US
Reporting directly to the Director - Proposal Operations, duties consist of a broad range of support for Business Development by conducting a variety of business analyses and recommendations related to the definition of new business and the status as pertains to the overall progress of each bid. This includes but not limited to: designing and compiling various and evolving Business Development reports, to include metrics; reviews and analyzes department budgets; utilizes various databases to track and verify new business opportunity information, their win strategies and business case; and supports maintenance of the opportunity database tracking system.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
Required Experience:
8+ years with a Bachelor's Degree (6+ years with a Master's)
Required Skills:
Is self-motivated, anticipates and solves problems and sets own priorities to accomplish objectives. Expert MS Office skills and working knowledge of financial reporting requirements a must. Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of information concerning specific projects or schedules. Communicates effectively both orally and in writing and exhibits sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel.Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated experience of program management, operations management or business management preferred. Directly related work experience familiarity in the US defense industry and Deltek GovWin, a plus.
