We are expanding out of start-up phase and currently execute 2-3% of the daily U.S. equities volume. We recently closed a deal with a top 5 investment bank and have been featured in the Wall St. Journal and Financial Times, in addition to being the subject of a case study by Intel Corp. We are currently seeking bright, articulate, highly-motivated Associates to join our team in business development roles. Business development at Thesys involves the research, development, and growth of new products, the building of strategic partnerships with key investment banks and trading venues, the development and expansion of client relationships, and internal project management. The exact responsibilities of each position will also be tailored to the individual's strengths and experience.

Our requirements are the following:
- Strong academic history from a top university; undergraduate degrees in quantitative subjects preferred but not required; MBA or JD degree holders are encouraged to apply
- Required 2-5 years of experience in the financial or technology sectors; applicants with electronic trading experience are encouraged to apply
- Interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively are essential
