Business Development Consultant Job in Manchester M11ED, North West UK
Fast growing law firm in Manchester city centre is expanding its business development team. Requirement for an individual who has experience in sales and excellent interpersonal skills.
The role involves attending in person on businesses with a view to persuading them to promote our legal services to their customers. The business will be given a referral payment for every case referred to us.
As an example you would attend on a salon and persuade the manager to distribute leaflets promoting our legal services. For any successful referrals the manager would receive a percentage of our final legal fees.
The role requires field sales as above during most of the week. One day in the week will be spent completing a spreadsheet with details of all business contacts made that week. Then also calls will be made to all contacts on the spreadsheet once per week to maintain ongoing lines of communication between ourselves and the businesses.
Successful candidate will have demonstrated a past history of sales based roles. People skills are vital and the ability to engage and build rapport with individuals from all backgrounds is paramount.
Renumeration: £12,000.00 per annum and company car (Citroen C1)
