Business Development Director (a) recruitment
The Role:
- Your main responsibility will be to raise assets for the company’s funds.
- Take responsibility for developing a client base and manage a rolodex of institutional investors.
- Frequent communication with investors to understand their financial and investment needs.
- There will be an element of travel involved to attend sales pitches.
- Be able to fluently speak about the firm’s product offerings.
- Identify areas for new business development
Skills/Experience:
- Are able to show previous success raising assets and can demonstrate this with sales figures/targets.
- Knowledge of Real Estate/Infrastructure as an asset class is essential.
- Previous experience working with institutional clients is essential.
- You must have worked on the buy side for several year- software/data sales, portfolio management candidates cannot be considered.
