BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
CRGT is looking for a Business Development Director with a proven and successful track record of winning new business in the Civilian Agencies. This key team member will help accelerate our medium to large-contract capture and strategic marketing initiatives.
The core responsibilities are to:
• Focus on hunting and winning new business
• Aggressively move a variety of opportunities through our business development life cycle
• Achieve annual revenue targets and quota
• Understand the core competencies and services that CRGT can provide
• Articulate CRGT's value proposition and develop messages that resonate with our customers
• Understand the competitive landscape for each opportunity
• Know what it will take to win and plan a strategy to capture business
• Collaborate effectively across the organization to develop winning strategies
• Sell with the team in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment
• Support all aspects of capture appropriately, including proposal development, to ensure a win
Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of full business development lifecycle experience-lead generation, qualification, capture, teaming strategies and proposal development support.
• Track record of having won revenue-generating contracts within various Federal Civilian agencies, including: DOJ, DHS, USDA, DOC, VA, DOT.
• Has assisted internal SME’s in building solutions that lead to wins by demonstrated knowledge of the targeted agency’s mission, culture and goals.
• Can demonstrate experience successfully supporting the capture process lifecycle including development of win strategies, teaming assessments and competitive analysis.
