BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

CRGT is looking for a Business Development  Director with a proven and successful track record of winning new business in the Civilian Agencies. This key team member will help accelerate our medium to large-contract capture and strategic marketing initiatives.

The core responsibilities are to:

     Focus on hunting and winning new business

     Aggressively move a variety of opportunities through our business development life cycle

     Achieve annual revenue targets and quota

     Understand the core competencies and services that CRGT can provide

     Articulate CRGT's value proposition and develop messages that resonate with our customers

     Understand the competitive landscape for each opportunity

     Know what it will take to win and plan a strategy to capture business

     Collaborate effectively across the organization to develop winning strategies

     Sell with the team in a dynamic and highly collaborative environment

     Support all aspects of capture appropriately, including proposal development, to ensure a win

 

Qualifications:

 

     5 or more years of full business development lifecycle experience-lead generation, qualification, capture, teaming strategies and proposal development support.

     Track record of having won revenue-generating contracts within various Federal Civilian agencies, including:  DOJ, DHS, USDA, DOC, VA, DOT.

     Has assisted internal SME’s in building solutions that lead to wins by demonstrated knowledge of the targeted agency’s mission, culture and goals.

     Can demonstrate experience successfully supporting the capture process lifecycle including development of win strategies, teaming assessments and competitive analysis.
