We have an immediate need for a Business Development Director. This position is responsible for:
- Identifying potential business partners and initiating contracts.
- Presenting Answer Financial Inc. to the senior executive teams of prospective partners.
- Assessing opportunities and developing business models.
- Leading negotiations with prospective partners.
- Coordinating resources with marketing and account management teams.
- Representing Answer Financial, Inc. at trade shows and conferences.
- 25+% travel time
Requirements of the position include:
- 5+ years of related experience
Bachelors degree and at least 7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Must have proven history of success in personal production of business to business relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other software tools.
- Experience presenting to C-level executives at larger organizations.
- Insurance industry knowledge a plus
- Personal lines insurance products a plus
- Working knowledge of business services contracts a plus
