Business Development Director Job in London, London Uk

My client a leading integrator developer of Smartphone proprietary solutions requires a Business Development Director to join a newly established team in either London, Germany or the Nordics. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an expanding successful business.

Remuneration:
€70,000 - €100,000 + commission benefits

Location:
London, Germany or the Nordics ideally, however home based anywhere in Europe will be considered.

My client is now poised for growth and success through expanding its service offering to the User Experience Design business unit. It is looking to strengthen this business unit at a senior level with the introduction of a Business Development Director (or Manager). Who will be the head of BD Sales.

The role will be driving the sales activities, directing sales in its process and opportunities, and winning new clients to the Company.

Responsibilities:

Mentoring supporting UE related business.
Ensuring that UE business is profitable in balance with requirements in the market.
New business focussed, making new key contacts, participating on cross business unit negotiations as needed.
Account Management
Be accountable responsible for all User Experience Design sales business development
Ensuring that all processes and procedures are completed, quality expectations are met, and that projects are profitable.

The successful Business Development Director / Manager will be expected to have extensive knowledge / experience of the client facing design business. You will also be an exceptional, well rounded design sales person proven leader.

Requirements:
Strong User Experience, service design or digital design experience.
Excellent tract record of selling UE and / or digital design services.
Extensive account management experience.
A thorough knowledge of budgeting, forecasting reporting.
Project Management experience.
Initiative, drive enthusiasm.
A good understanding of business design areas.
