Business Development Director - SME Fast-track - London
£70k base, £150k OTE + Share Options + Benefits

My client is an international group with four wholly owned subsidiaries providing consulting, software and specialist engineering services across a number of market segments.

The Business Development Director will focus on consulting and strategic outsourcing, the key service for expansion. The suitable candidate will focus on the Corporate market (B2B) and will need to be very strategic in their sales process for concept sales. The Sales Director will be well supported by the marketing/telemarketing teams.

You will be part of the executive team, reporting to the CEO in a fast paced SME environment. The Business Development Director will be working in the heart of the City, selling to Head of / COO level clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

My client is looking for somebody who is very ambitious, driven and competitive. Due to the service that my client offers, they need a candidate who has a very trustworthy and honourable persona.

Essential experience:

-Business Development / Sales experience
-Experience of working for a SME / Fasttrack organisation
-Must have sold consulting / strategic outsourcing

This really is a great opportunity for an up and coming Sales/Business Development Manager/Director who is very ambitious and has real aspirations of being a future Managing Director.
