My client is a fast growing motivation and incentives company based in Central London. They have an expanding client list of well-known companies and have a very popular product offering.

They are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic sales professional (someone eager to apply the skills they have learnt within previous roles, and further their knowledge) to join our busy office and develop a career in Incentive Marketing

Whilst the role consists primarily of a new business element, the successful candidate will also be tasked to manage an existing national and international client base, in order to up sell and maximise revenue opportunities. You will need a good brain, and lots of energy as your day will be jam-packed with developing self-generated prospects, growing existing clients, and managing reward motivation programmes.

Role Description:

This Business Development Executive role involves a number of different elements.

Business development

Managing existing client accounts

o    Maintaining and developing reward programmes

o    Reviewing programme performance directly with clients

o    Creating and developing new programmes

o    Invoicing and reporting

o    Managing account executives and customer service support services

Growing existing accounts
