Business Development Executive Manager recruitment

• Responsible for the acquisition of new business partners.

• Coordinate with other departments in initiating an appropriate new product development and enhancement to ensure the creation of innovative products.

• Support the Relationship Manager and Affinity Marketing Director in developing new business in within CIGNA existing business 

• Prepare and coordinate Affinity business performance report (financial and non financial) on monthly and quarterly basis

• Maintain communication with Cigna Asia Pacific Regional Sales and Business Development, cascade all relevant Regional Sales and Business Development initiatives

• Implement CIGNA standard guidelines that is related to Sales and Business Development to ensure that all activities are in compliance.

Experience/Knowledge Requirements:
• Min. 3 years Sales/Marketing and product management experience (senior level) in Financial Services
• Having an ability to work with people from other areas internally and externally.
• Sound account management.
