£16k - £20k basic salary plus excellent bonuses (OTE circa £12k)
Leeds, West Yorkshire based - commutable from Wakefield, Bradford, Huddersfield York

Due to company expansion they are establishing new offices within Leeds, West Yorkshire to further grow their UK presence and are looking for a number of motivated and passionate individuals to join their dynamic team. Working within this dedicated B2B Telesales team, they are looking for a mixture of account managers and new business developers to sell their range of products and services to legal, professional service and technology clients.
Within these B2B Account Manager / Business Development Executive roles you will be responsible for: –
• Pro-actively selling products to new and existing customers to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets, maximising new business and account management opportunities within defined markets.
• Retaining and growing key services within the existing customer base and identifying upsell opportunities to achieve or exceed targeted revenue for LexisNexis products as agreed through various approaches, such as identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities and proactively promoting products and services.
• Ensuring customer experience is in-line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact
• Manage incoming sales leads and ensure subsequent sales are completed within a timely efficient manner and within agreed KPI’s.
• Maximise opportunities in defined markets. Also, other stakeholder departments (e.g. Product adoption, Editorial, Marketing, Credit control or Product Development) to ensure integrated customer care approach and market needs are being met.
• Manage and maintain the accuracy of the customer database through use of the CRM System.
Essential Skills of the Account Manager / Business Development Executive roles: -
• Demonstrate a keen ‘Entrepreneurial Spirit’ with the ability to spot a commercial opportunity, through a strong customer services or sales support background.
• Sales ability and persuasiveness leading to the delivery of results through collaboration and the consistently demonstrating the desire to win.
• Excellent communication skills to deal with clients at all levels
• Proven customer focus combined with the ability to plan, prioritise and time manage all tasks
Desirable skills of the Account Manager / Business Development Executive roles: -
• Previous experiences of working within a B2B account management or outbound sales environment.
• Demonstrate experience of winning, retaining and growing both new and existing customers within a telesales environment.
• Exhibit a good understanding of the Legal, Professional Services or Technology Industries.

• Competitive basic salary of £19k - £21k per annum (depending on experience)
