Business Development Manaer recruitment

The Role

• Delivery of sales target for the financial year

• Implementing of core sales processes to create new opportunities, clinch big deals, and grow key accounts. 

• Sourcing leads through existing commercial relationships / networking and follow through on existing accounts. 

• Soliciting new business and lead proposals for high value sales projects both local national and regional. 

• Working with internal stakeholders; finance, legal and operational teams. 

• Interact with Clients and conduct business presentation to customers in a professional manner

• Manage sales teams on a day to day basis from a reporting line perspective. 

• Understand competitor offerings and have a clear perception of market evaluation. 

• Ensure company’s reporting requirements are completed, this includes, maintaining up to date records on sales force. 

• Marketing of company’s brand in line with company global policies and procedures. 

• Developing enterprise-level sales force strategies. 

• Training sales and support people to maximize their effectiveness. 

• Developing and organizing sales and marketing team.
