The Role
• Delivery of sales target for the financial year
• Implementing of core sales processes to create new opportunities, clinch big deals, and grow key accounts.
• Sourcing leads through existing commercial relationships / networking and follow through on existing accounts.
• Soliciting new business and lead proposals for high value sales projects both local national and regional.
• Working with internal stakeholders; finance, legal and operational teams.
• Interact with Clients and conduct business presentation to customers in a professional manner
• Manage sales teams on a day to day basis from a reporting line perspective.
• Understand competitor offerings and have a clear perception of market evaluation.
• Ensure company’s reporting requirements are completed, this includes, maintaining up to date records on sales force.
• Marketing of company’s brand in line with company global policies and procedures.
• Developing enterprise-level sales force strategies.
• Training sales and support people to maximize their effectiveness.
• Developing and organizing sales and marketing team.
The Person
- Degree from recognized university in IT or Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years in Sales/Client management/Business Development experience (experience and knowledge in HR consulting will be highly favourable)
- One who appreciates evolving HR technologies and industry trends
- Person with SAP Knowledge – in HR and Payroll will be highly considered
- Experience and understanding of the business account lifecycles
- A Goal-getter, proven track record in bringing in sales, exceeding Company’s target, demonstrating professional consulting and relationship management skills
- Experienced in building and sustaining networks of contacts and relationships across and within organisations
- Demonstrates a high level of competence in communication leadership and proactive management
- Prepared to work in a professional and consultative manner with clients and have a creative approach to problem solving
- Keen to act in a business projects role and be focused on delivering business benefits than delivering technical solutions
- Prepared to be challenged and stretched continually and have a continuing desire for growth and development
- Self-motivated, independent, pleasant, with good communication skill and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good command of written and spoken English
