Our client, a leading IT Vendor within the education / Public Sector, is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the South of England. You will play a pivotal role and will be selling PC ranges, Servers, SANs, Managed services, Network management solutions or a culmination of some or all of the product sets as a complete solution. You will specialise in selling into Universities, local and central Government, healthcare, charities, LEAs, Higher Education, Further Education or Public Sector. As well as account management you will be mainly prospecting for new business in your defined area.
For an interview you must have experience in IT Field Sales and have sold into Further Education, Higher Education or Public Sector. The ideal candidate would have worked for companies that specialise in selling into the Educational / Public sector.
