Business Development Manager – The Americas, Spanish/Portuguese Speaker – Corporate Finance/Capital Markets experience necessary recruitment
This is a highly client facing role in which you will also be responsible for organizing and attending events in London and overseas to raise the profile of clients. The focus of this role is on relationship building as opposed to being a product specific sales role.
The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of primary markets
• Experience in a relationship management / account management / business development
• A demonstrable track record in establishing new relationships with senior executives
• Be an experienced public speaker able to present to sophisticated audiences
• Previous experience of media communications is desirable although not essential
• Educated in a financial/business related discipline with a Professional Qualification
• Spanish/Portuguese language skills and a knowledge of the Latam region are essential
This role requires an element of travel (circa 20 - 30% of the time) to attend events etc. Candidates of most interest will have experience in investment banks, auditors, corporate finance etc with 3+ years of equity markets experience.
