Business Development Manager

My Client is a true specialist in the area of Digital Direct Marketing. Known as a market leader, my client has a solid reputation providing services and solutions such as, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online lead generation, campaign management software solutions and various other services/solutions. My client is actively seeking to recruit a number of additional members to the already strong and efficient strategic business development sales teams - agency or direct .


Working from plush offices in the city, you will be given the title of Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for developing new business with corporate clients / Marketing Agencies via incoming and outgoing calls. Ultimately you will be expected to meet with Clients, understands their needs and help to deliver solutions that give a solid return on investment. You will need to be extremely solutions focussed and will presenting at board level on most occasions. You will be expected to prepare proposals and win business on an ongoing basis with a view to maximising any repeat business from existing clients when and wherever possible. My client is a regular face at many of the major exhibitions and trade shows where you will act as an ambassador for the company promoting services and developing relations with potential customers. You will report directly to the Sales Director and will have monthly meetings for any updates etc.


For this role, my client is looking for an experienced and consultative sales professional who has perfect presentation skills and is immaculately presented. Ideally you will have Digital Direct Marketing experience or you will at least understand the solutions. Alternatively, my client will seek a strong new business sales professional with a quality grounding in sales and a proven track record in the areas of Agency sales, FMCG, Publishing and Advertising. You must also have solid experience in dealing with clients face to face. The successful candidate will currently be working in a target oriented role and will possess an outgoing personality with a professional attitude and approach to business who can work autonomously.


My Client is currently recruiting for a number of roles where the salary will range from £30-40K Basic with a lucrative commission structure allowing an uncapped OTE of £80-100K+.
