This newly created Business Development Manager opportunity sits within an international software vendor who have an enviable reputation with their clients for providing specialised workforce planning and management solutions within highly technical environments. Previously relying on reputation, they are now looking to establish a formal sales presence in the market.
Staffing costs are generally the largest expense for both public and private enterprise and effective management of this resource can greatly improve profitability and provision of service. Our client is leading the way within the health industry, currently supplying to some of the largest public and private health organisations.
As BDM you will be responsible for capturing opportunities within the Health sector through in-depth investigations and expansive contact within the client base. You will establish opportunities for supplying IT solutions relating to the management of their workforce including scheduling, analysis, corporate governance and award interpretation real time.
We are looking for a dedicated hunter for this role. You will have clearly demonstrated sales results for Software solutions ideally within the Australian market. Exposure selling software solutions into the health industry will be highly regarded, as well sale of workforce management solutions. As your future employer has a proven history in Health, resources and mining is another market they will consider for future growth.
