Business Development Manager
Our client is a highly successful Marketing Agency who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to continue to drive the business forward.
They are seeking an energetic sales/business development professional with a creative streak and solid IT skills.
Key tasks
· Drive the consultancy’s new business development functions.
- Work in conjunction with the senior management team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Support pitch teams with timely and insightful research and guidance into the target client and sector.
- Develop and maintain the consultancy’s collateral, case study library, pitch presentations, marketing or intelligence gathering.
- Manage the new business pitch process from initial inbound call and first response through to delivery of a compelling pitch.
- Conduct continuous research into our target markets to ensure comprehensive understanding of issues and leading players.
- Support the senior management team in the development of new products and services to build organic business with existing clients.
- Maintain an effective new business database and exploit it to maintain positive contact with targets.
Experience required
Solid track record in developing new business within the Marketing Agency world
A self starter with solid networking and account development skills
Excellent IT skills including PowerPoint
