Description: - Business Development Manager - Open Hole Wireline (1201667) Job Description Business Development Manager - Open Hole Wireline ( Job Number: 1201667) JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager LOCATION: Anchorage, AK BAKER HUGHES US LAND: We have the infrastructure, equipment, and personnel to deliver services for reservoir characterization, formation evaluation, drilling, and completions and production. We offer a full range of drilling, completion fluids, and oilfield chemicals to round out our services. ROLE SYNOPSIS Develops and implements strategic and tactical marketing plans for introduction of business into new geographic area and/or introduction of new business into already established area. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Facilitates the formation of alliances or joint ventures. Assures strategies are consistent with overall objectives for the organization. Prioritizes product opportunities to maximize sales and profits. Monitors and evaluates programs and expenditures. Supervises personnel. Handles special projects, as assigned. Develops and maintains relationships with internal customers related to products/applications and services. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Completed Bachelor's Degree 8+ years experience in a related field Field operational experience Open hole wireline completions expertise Cased hole wireline expertise is a plus DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions. Thorough understanding of products/applications and service of primary focus. Good knowledge of products/applications and service of secondary focus. Good business acumen. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
