Our client is a global company and is BMC' largest UK partner. The successful candidate will be able to communicate at C-level in mid-tier and Enterprise organisations.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Business Development Manager

- Must have product and services sales experience with one of the following ITSM, Process and/or Workflow Solutions, Document Management or ERP. Preferably ITSM
- Sold at C-Level in Corporate/Enterprise Clients
- ITIL Foundation is a strong ideal
- Any knowledge of the following technologies is ideal (BMC, CA, HP, Axios, Service Now)

ROLE INFORMATION Business Development Manager

- The role is 50/50 New Business/Account Management
- Being heavily supported by marketing and a lead generation
- Selling the company's portfolio of IT Service Management Solutions (The ITSM market is the company's largest and most successful sector - 750 consultants - Won BMC's European Partner of the year award)
- The company has a comprehensive set of consulting offerings in the IT Service Management discipline covering areas such as; Project initialisation (Business case, Collecting business requirements, Helping business define SLA needed to underpin business objectives), Assessment and audit (ITIL process assessment, Organisational and process maturity assessment, ITSM tool selection), Process engineering (Documenting present processes, Defining KPI's and metrics, ITIL process engineering re engineering, Service Catalogue, Requirements for ITSM tools), Awareness and training (GAP analysis of skills and competences, Designing training programme, Awareness campaigns), Vendor Management (Setting up requirements for vendors, Assessment of sourcing vendors compliance with contracts, Business case and vendor scenarios, Assessment of or Assessment against the ISO 27002 international code of practice).
- The company deliver a wide range of IT Service Management solutions based on the following areas; Business Service Management (View your IT environment from a business perspective, Automatically raise close incidents from the IT infrastructure, Map technology SLAs into business service SLAs, Automate the service model by connecting to the asset and change management systems), IT Service Management (Service Desk, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Change Configuration Management, Customer Care Support), Infrastructure Management (Network Systems Management, Service Management, Service Automation, Business Service Management, CMDB)
- You will sell directly to the end users and projects will range from £100k to £1m and you will carry a target of £1.2m to £2m.
