- Selling solutions and services to secure new opportunities maximizing revenue and profitability and market share.
- The primary focus will be on building and growing a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities in their market and region.
- Target global accounts at senior and executive levels, as well as securing funding for future initiatives.
- Responsible for the profitable sales of their solution portfolio including hardware, software, and professional services.
- Responsible for attainment of profit goals of the business, whilst maximizing customer retention satisfaction.
- Responsible for coaching/managing the sales team and directing their selling efforts throughout their customer accounts.
- Utilizing team members including post-sale delivery professionals, pre-sale technical professionals, and management to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure the annual objectives set for Direct Reports are clear and achievable, and drive the operationalization of the strategy through quarterly Performance Reviews reprioritization of Objectives.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of their products, services, and industries.
- Be able to identify and qualify new account opportunities.
- Structure winning solutions for challenging client business problems.
- You must be able to own and manage the entire sales cycle from initial qualification to deal closing.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- 5-10 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated success in managing large account relationships and developing new account opportunities.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
- Strong financial skills to structure win-win business relationships.
- Must be proactive, highly energized and able to adapt to changing technology environment at short notice.

This position is permanent with an attractive salary + commission structure, and will be based in either Adelaide/Sydney/Melbourne.
A background in enterprise sales with either payment solutions or telecommunications would be highly desirable. This position will involve interstate travel.
