Business Development Manager

My client is one of the fastest growing SaaS providers of e-recruitment solutions globally and has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their UK team.

Since 2002, my client has had demonstrated steady growth in to new regions, including UK, Ireland, Canada, US and China, bringing on key clients such as Tesco, Manchester United, Rehab Group, ESB and many more!

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, tenacious and have a strong desire to progress within a fast expanding company. With a proven record in new business developing and consistent achievement against targets, you must have the ability to demonstrate the commercial acumen to work and succeed in a fast paced environment.

I am looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of SaaS consultative sales experience, (preferably trained in SPIN or similar), who has sold at CxO level and is new business focussed. If you have knowledge/experience in recruitment/HR this will be a distinct advantage.
