Role:

 

The role of the Business Development Manager is to discover, and develop partners for our client that will deliver revenue and profit on key products in the Microsoft product stack. The role will carry a multimillion pound target however the candidate will have 200-300 Accounts managed by multiple Account Managers to ensure that all targets are achieved, including revenue delivery, readiness and competency. The main responsibilities will include: Creating an overall business plan for Microsoft SQL Server; including targeted account plan for dissemination to Internal Account Management, Microsoft team manager and the Sales Director. Liaise with 5-6 prospect partners per week. Work closely with Microsoft pre-sales specialists. Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to Microsoft as required. Extensive travel will be required across the UK.
